By purchasing The Judgement Toolkit, you agree to the following terms.

What you are purchasing. The Judgement Toolkit is a digital product delivered via a link and password sent to the email address you provide. It is not a physical product, subscription, or service. Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable.

Delivery. After payment is confirmed, you will receive your access details by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive access within this timeframe, contact melina@meta-decisions.com and the issue will be resolved promptly.

Access. Your purchase includes access to the current version of The Judgement Toolkit. Future versions or expansions may be offered separately. Meta-decisions reserves the right to update, modify, or restructure the toolkit's content over time.

Use. The toolkit is licensed for your personal and professional use. You may use it within your own work and reference it in your own practice. You may not share your access credentials with others, redistribute the content, reproduce it in whole or in part, or use it to create a competing product. Meta-decisions reserves the right to revoke access if credentials are shared with unauthorised users.

Intellectual property. All content within The Judgement Toolkit, including text, frameworks, protocols, tools, and design, is the intellectual property of Meta-decisions and Melina Moleskis. Purchase grants a personal licence to use the content. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Refunds. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not offered once access has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this waives the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection rules. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the toolkit, contact melina@meta-decisions.com and it will be resolved.

Continuity. Meta-decisions will maintain access to The Judgement Toolkit for a minimum of two years from the date of your purchase. In the event that the platform hosting the toolkit changes or the website ceases to operate, equivalent access will be provided through an alternative means (such as a downloadable version sent to your email).

It does not constitute personal, professional, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on how the tools are applied in your specific context. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Meta-decisions accepts no liability for decisions made using the toolkit.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
